Mesouda is a practising psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). As a psychologist, she adheres to the professional codes and ethical guidelines of the Australian Psychological Society and the Psychology Board of Australia. Mesouda offers both in-person consultations at our Armadale psychology clinic and telehealth psychology services within a professional clinical setting.

Mesouda has experience working with adolescents and adults across clinical, educational, and research settings, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, emotional regulation difficulties, and challenges related to attention and executive functioning. Mesouda’s work across private practice, educational settings, and research environments has shaped a thoughtful and evidence-informed approach to supporting wellbeing.
Alongside Mesouda’s clinical work, she is completing a PhD at Monash University focusing on social and emotional learning and psychological wellbeing. Mesouda’s research explores how effective wellbeing approaches can support people in everyday settings. This research helps inform Mesouda’s clinical practice and strengthens her commitment to using evidence-based approaches when supporting clients.
